Curriculum
Nursery School curriculum is based on socialization and play. The preschool curriculum introduces various sensory experiences and includes colors, shapes and early literacy experiences. The pre-kindergarten curriculum emphasizes pre-reading and pre-math skills in a child-centered environment. It is our philosophy at Kids of the Kingdom Day School that children learn best through play and with the support of informed and educated teachers. We also believe that parents are the first teachers for every child and welcome parental involvement at all levels. Parents and volunteers are always welcome in our classrooms.
As a Christian preschool, we seek to model and teach the values of love, kindness and forgiveness in our classrooms every day. Each class participates in a weekly chapel time and says prayers during class time.
